30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item should generally be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With original tags or packaging where applicable

Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.
Return Address
The appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been accepted.
Products returned without prior authorisation may not be processed correctly.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Unless local consumer law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they:
- Changed their mind
- Ordered the wrong size
- No longer want the product
Original shipping costs, where applicable, are generally non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue where possible.
If the issue is confirmed, Tinyroo will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you, such as a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain another size or product may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact:

If your order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
